1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them:

• "Platform" or "Website" refers to flas4d, accessible at https://flas4d.cam, including all associated mobile applications and software.
• "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our" refers to the operator of flas4d, a licensed online betting platform.
• "User," "You," or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses flas4d services.
• "Account" refers to the personal betting account created by a User upon successful registration.
• "Services" refers to all online betting, gaming, and related services provided through the flas4d platform.
• "Deposit" refers to funds transferred by a User to their flas4d account for the purpose of placing bets.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a User's flas4d account to their designated bank account or payment method.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Residence Requirements

To use flas4d services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. flas4d strictly enforces age verification through our Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia with a valid Indonesian identity document (KTP - Kartu Tanda Penduduk).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• Online gambling must be legal in your jurisdiction of residence at the time you access and use our services.
• You are not currently self-excluded from gambling activities on flas4d or any other platform.

2.2 Account Creation

When registering for an account with flas4d, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must:

• Register only one account per person. Multiple accounts by the same individual are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Keep your account credentials (username and password) confidential and secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Complete the KYC verification process within 30 days of registration by submitting valid identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification.

2.3 Prohibited Users

The following individuals are prohibited from creating an account or using flas4d services:

• Individuals under 21 years of age.
• Individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal.
• Individuals who have previously been banned or excluded from flas4d for violations of these terms.
• Employees of flas4d, its affiliates, payment processors, game providers, or their immediate family members.
• Individuals acting on behalf of another person or entity without proper authorization.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

flas4d accepts deposits via approved Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay). All deposits are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) from a payment method registered in your name.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method, typically starting at Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 10,000 for e-wallets.
• Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours. Deposits made outside banking hours may experience delays.
• flas4d reserves the right to refuse any deposit without providing a reason.
• You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You may only withdraw funds to a bank account or payment method registered in your name and verified through our KYC process.
• First-time withdrawals require completion of identity verification, which typically takes 1-24 hours.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM WIB). Requests outside these hours are processed on the next business day.
• flas4d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in processing delays.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonuses may be subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. See Section 4 for details.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance

flas4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. To comply with international AML regulations:

• Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawal unless exceptional circumstances apply.
• We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds.
• Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by law.
• Accounts involved in money laundering activities will be immediately closed and funds seized.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 General Bonus Terms

flas4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Professional bettors and bonus abusers are not eligible.
• Each bonus has specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports betting), game restrictions, and expiration dates.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times you must wager the bonus amount before withdrawing winnings. Typical requirements range from 5x to 30x.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer games may contribute less.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn; only the winnings generated from bonus play can be withdrawn after meeting requirements.
• flas4d reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts if bonus abuse is detected.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

The following actions constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times.
• Using betting strategies solely to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash without genuine gameplay risk.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes or share bonus benefits.
• Making deposits solely to claim bonuses with minimal or no genuine betting activity.

5. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on flas4d are subject to the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified except in cases of obvious error.
• flas4d reserves the right to void bets if errors in odds, results, or game mechanics are detected.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event, per market, and per account. These limits vary based on sport, game type, and user VIP level.
• For sports betting, bets are settled according to official results published by the respective sports governing bodies.
• For togel (lottery) markets, results are based on official draw results from Togel Singapore, Togel Hongkong, Togel Sydney, and Togel Macau authorities.
• For casino games, results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, or software to place bets.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players or engaging in any form of cheating.
• Manipulating game outcomes through technical means or hacking.
• Using VPNs or proxy servers to disguise location or bypass restrictions.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Responsible Gaming

flas4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools and resources:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month.
• Session Time Limits: Limit the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic reminders showing time played and amounts wagered.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently block access to your account for periods ranging from 1 month to permanent exclusion.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the flas4d platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game designs, is the property of flas4d or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without written permission.
• Use flas4d trademarks, logos, or branding for any purpose without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or games on the platform.
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• flas4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and are not liable for technical failures, network issues, or downtime.
• flas4d is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account if you failed to secure your credentials.
• Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount of your account balance at the time of the claim.
• We are not liable for actions of third-party payment processors, banks, or e-wallet providers.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

flas4d reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• At your request through our self-exclusion program.
• Prolonged account inactivity (no deposits or bets for 12 consecutive months).

Upon account closure, you may withdraw your remaining balance (excluding forfeited bonuses) after completing any pending verification requirements. Dormant accounts with balances below Rp 10,000 may be charged a monthly maintenance fee.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which flas4d is licensed. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of flas4d services shall be resolved as follows:

• First, attempt to resolve the issue by contacting our customer support team via email or live chat.
• If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, it may be escalated to our disputes resolution team.
• If internal resolution fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration body.
• You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

11. Amendments to Terms

flas4d reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes:

• Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
• Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification.
• Continued use of flas4d services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
